  • "Products" refers to the software products available for purchase on our website.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is processed securely through PebblePay.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive your licence key and download instructions via email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Licence Terms

All software products are licensed, not sold. Your use of any Product is governed by the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) provided with each Product. The licence granted is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to personal or business use as specified.

5. Intellectual Property

All Products, including their source code, design, and documentation, remain the intellectual property of Hedex SOFTWARE LTD. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any Product except as expressly permitted by the applicable licence.

6. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hedex SOFTWARE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
